- Access sources to provide reactionary quotes to news stories and events
- Arrange on-site media interviews with physicians, staff, and patients
- Provide patient conditions and status updates
- Issue media releases and serve as information contacts for stories
- Organize media conferences
- Assist with the development of story ideas
- Publish Board Briefs following board meetings
- Provide regular advisories highlighting newsworthy issues and events
- Publish weekly staff newsletter Frontline News and the Annual Report
